Return Policy

Thank you for considering Sunpure Superfoods for your health and wellness needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore have established the following returns policy:

  1. Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened product, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

  2. Opened Products: If you have opened a product and you decide you no longer want it, we cannot accept a return due to safety reasons. We cannot accept the return of opened or used products.

  3. Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. Damaged products do not include very minor leaking of shilajit during transit, though we try our best to avoid this by providing the best packaging possible.

  4. Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  6. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product - unopened products only. 

60-Days Return Policy

  • You must use the product for at least 30 days after that you will be eligible for the return policy.
  • 60-day return policy only applies if the customer followed our recommended use, the recommended usage is at least 30 days, and if you’re not satisfied with the product after 30 days of recommended usage a return can be processed.
