I really like this product! I've always had a strange craving for blood itself, which obviously isn’t something I could get, so I was thrilled to find this supplement. I take it as needed when the craving hits, and it seems to satisfy that urge. Hard to say if it gives me more energy yet, but I feel it’s doing something. I don’t take it every day — I learned that taking too much at first made me dizzy — so I just use it as needed. Overall, it’s a fantastic product to have. Thanks for making it!

I received my Shilajit resin just over a week ago. I have suffered with kidney disease since 2014. I was urinating every 30 mins. My urine was yellow and bubbly. After two days, my toilet visits have reduced to every 2 hours or so. The foam in the toilet has reduced by 3 quarters. That’s just the first week. I noticed energy from the first dose, also never get up to go to the toilet throughout the night and my sleep is the best it’s been in over a decade. When I received the Shilajit there was a nice handwritten thank you letter. I will be definitely be purchasing more from this company.

These were recommended to me by another non meat loving friend as a quick easy way to get all the nutrients that we may be missing out on. I have only been taking them for a week but have noticed I am not so tired and feel more alert. I will keep taking them as they are a pure ingredient and contain all the vitamins I need. Trying the slightly less potent (according to the site) Altai Mtn's Shilajit. Only been using it a few days, and Already I prefer it to the more potent Himalayan version. The taste is "better" (still not nectar: but better) it dissolves a bit easier. And...it seems to be working better ...for me. I can feel a difference already. It is less cost for a larger amount, which also helps! When I finally get through the 3 jars, I'll probably get more.
the spoon in the photos is a "one Drop" measure purchased elsewhere. I find it easier to get the correct amount than the (very good quality!) one supplied.
